Do not engage this contractor. Had very bad experience with the contractor. Quotation given at a agreed price with no hidden cost or additional top up but in the end required to top up due to checker did not measure correctly. Cement screed & self levelling was not done properly. Bumps here & there & plastering of walls also done poorly. Alot of areas are not smooth. Painting is the worst, limewash painting was done so bad. Not professional at all. Didn't protect my floor, windows & my stuff. Left with paint stain everywhere & don't even bother to clean. Came back & touch up but touch up was done poorly. Thier contractors are not professional, came down with no proper equipment & tools. Promise to come back if any touch up is needed. But after paying the full amount, they went quite. Called & didn't pickup & no reply on my text messages.
